Refund, Cancellation and Returns Policy

Returns are accepted only in the following conditions:

Return Policy:

• Product is damaged, defective, or incorrect at the time of delivery.
• Return request is raised within 7 days of receipt.
• Products must be unused, unopened, and in original packaging.
• Health supplements once opened cannot be returned due to safety regulations.
• If approved, replacement or refund will be arranged.

Refund Policy

Refunds are applicable in the following cases:

• Products received are defective, damaged, or expired.
• Wrong product delivered.
• Refunds must be requested within 48 hours of delivery by contacting our support team.

Refunds will be processed via the original payment method and may take 7–14 working days to reflect.

Refunds will not be issued for:

• Opened or partially used products.
• Products damaged due to misuse or improper storage by the customer.

Cancellation Policy

• Orders can be cancelled within 1 hour of placing the order.
• Once dispatched, cancellations are not possible.
• If payment has been collected, refunds will be processed as per the Refund Policy.

Delivery Policy

• We deliver across the UAE via trusted courier partners.
• Standard delivery time: 1–3 working days (outside Dubai).
• Express 2-Hour Delivery (Dubai Only):
• Available for orders placed between 10:00 AM – 6:00 PM.
• Subject to product availability and delivery location within Dubai city limits.
• Delivery delays due to unforeseen circumstances (traffic, weather, courier delays) are outside our control.
• Delivery charges (if any) are shown at checkout.
